My husband is in the lawn care business and says that this is the best time to aerate, fertilize, and over seed if you have any brown spots. Be sure that you are watering, but not to much you don’t want to get a fungus from overwatering. I know that we get little nats every year and have to treat the lawn with a bug spray. Rates are Amazingly LOW at week end
Rates this week have dropped even lower last week March 8th they ended on a 15 yr lock at 3.13 this week they are at 3.11.
On a 30 year fix averaged 3.88 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending April 12, 2012, that’s down from 3.98 percent from last week. WOW!!!
Buyers if you are qualified this is the time to BUY, when we purchased our first home in 95 we were SUPER excited that we locked our 30 yr mortgage at 8.5 percent then in 2005 at 5.5 percent.
I always hear we are waiting until next year then we will be ready to purchase. Home values are finally stabilizing, rates are at their lowest DON’T wait your paying rent, right???? Take advantage buy now.
